About

I'm Katie Kuzin, an artist based in New York City. My work explores the intersection of chaos and harmony. Inspired by the natural world, I create layered, color-rich paintings that evoke both botanical growth and emotional intensity.

I work primarily in mixed media, building and stretching my own canvases, and see each piece as a burst, an unfolding of something organic and untamed. My goal is to spark dialogue through texture, color, and form, and to bring art into more public and accessible spaces.

Recent exhibitions include The Flower Show (solo, Urbane Arts Club), Sexy New York (Maison 10), and Women First (Tanya Weddemire Gallery). My work is currently represented by Maison 10 in Manhattan and Windham Fine Arts in upstate New York.

Ultimately, I’m working toward having my art shown in all 50 states and creating large-scale public installations that bring creativity into unexpected places.
